GB Recruitment is a local company established in 1998 serving the area employing local staff, providing a quality individual service to both our teachers and clients.

Every day GB Recruitment’s staff whether it be teachers or assistants, work within local schools to develop, nurture and shape children’s lives at nurseries, primary and secondary levels.

As a longstanding member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) we are bound by their Code of Practice and were one of the first local agencies to be awarded with the Department of Children, Schools and Families “Quality Mark”. We have held the “Quality Mark” for the past 5 years which means we are protecting quality standards.  We are constantly monitored and audited on our processes and thus provide a high standard of provisions for our clients and staff.
