2000 1st Choice Business Machines Ltd (37 Years trading) was acquired
to enhance service provision in the Walsall, Wolves and Birmingham.
Portfolio extended to include Digital Dictation and Transcription
equipment.
2000 GB Recruitment (Staffs) Ltd was founded in Hanley to specialise
in Education supply. GB are recognised by the REC and GB now hold
the Kite Mark for quality in procedures and systems.
GB Recruitment appointed CRB umbrella body, providing Criminal
Records checking to Organisations nationwide.
1999 GB Recruitment Ltd was founded to expand the Directors interests
in the total office solution -in the provision of goods, services
and personnel. Burton office has been successfully providing Industrial
and Commercial staff to East Staffs and Derby districts for 5 years
now and continues to develop.
1999 welcomed SBM (Telford) into the fold renaming the company
SBM (GB) Ltd focussing on digital development in Telford and Shrewsbury.
Sutton has since gone back to its roots and stands under its own
trading name.
1997 saw the acquisition o1997 saw the acquisition of the Sharp
Centre (Stoke) and the appointment of GB as a National Account
Service provider recognising quality service delivery.
1995 GB Copier Systems Ltd incorporated on 1st April by Directors
Tim Griffin & Rob Booth to serve the needs of commercial businesses
and organisations in copiers printers and related office products
- recognising that service provision experienced locally could
be improved to the benefit of many end users.
